The local Sun Power affiliate (Freedom Solar) was very easy to deal with and very professional. Installation went well. Had a bit of a snafu on paperwork to my utility company which delayed my PTO, but in the end everything went well. My only concern - which has nothing to do with Sun Power or Freedom Solar is that utility billing has changed significantly in the Houston area. The Net Metering concept has been adjusted where i now pay $0.21 / kwh consumed from the grid and only receive $0.10 for export to the grid and also now pay a $40/month utility fee on top of everything else. While I am still saving by generating about 85 - 90% of my usage, the way the billing is now set up costs me more to do so. Looking for ways to cut back on my overall grid use.
