This company is ridiculous! Our solar went out in July! We called them and asked to get it fixed and have someone come out….they said we could put in a request then they diagnosed the problem that inverter went out… they said they would put in a request for the part and see if they would order it…. Now it’s been tge 3 weeks that they said it would take to order it….I called today and was on hold over an hour, the service person said she didn’t find anything that the inverter was ordered….she said she would look into why it wasn’t ordered….but she said it could take 2-3 weeks….that I must be understanding….I asked to have a supervisor call me….she said she would request someone call me back but would not say if they would….. This company is a disgrace, but once they have your money they could care less…..I’m very frustrated and again without solar!
