Smooth experience, well within expectations laid

My story of why I went solar: I knew energy prices would continually increase and the summers are getting longer and hotter every year. Energy companies also know this and will most definitely look to take advantage. From what I've seen, energy prices increased every quarter by 5%, but we don't really notice, since the bill can be $50 during Q1, $52.5 in Q2, $55 in Q3, etc, which are very small increases. Additionally, I knew I wanted to get an EV one day so I thought to have the infrastructure first. Knowing that the PV system would pay for itself within 5 years, I thought it was too good of a deal to pass up. As for the Sun Power experience, it was great. Beginning from the phone call with the solar consultant, to the surveyor/installers, and project coordinators, everyone was patient with me and took the time to help me understand each step of the way. Timelines were stated each step and progress always along the lines of what was estimated. Permission to operate took 2 months from signing the proposal, which I thought was a great turnaround time. Sun Power was also a work client of mine in the past, which I learned that they are a strong company who will support their product and not skimp out on small dollar amounts for convenience or 'profit protection'.
