I've had these solar panels for 5 years. They are great. The customer service is horrible. I added new panels in March and they installed a new monitor at the same time. It has not worked since. I've called repeatedly, they claimed they didn't need to come out and replace it, they only needed to work on the code. They won't let me talk to the person assigned to my case, and despite repeated phone calls and "escalations" they are now saying it might be resolved by mid-June! Beware of this company because if anything goes wrong, you'll spend a lot a time and effort getting it resolved.
