I interviewed several companies before choosing SunCommon. It didn't hurt that it's a Vermont company and I live in Vermont. It's a big purchase, and I was nervous that I'd get the 'big sell" and then it would all be a fight from there. Couldn't be farther from the truth. From day one, I have access to all members of the team, in a timely, professional and friendly manner. They have made a misstep or two, but have ALWAYS owned their responsibilities and made things right. Yesterday, my panels were finally installed and the team lead, Ryan Molyneaux was the epitome of professionalism. When a misunderstanding arose, he handled it promptly and professionally and I was more than satisfied with the outcome. He took time the explain things to me in a way I could grasp (electricity is not my forte), and expanded on things when I didn't even know what questions to ask. I was so impressed and grateful for his guidance of his team throughout the day. The system will be turned on within a week or two and I look forward to really engaging with the use of my solar panels. SunCommon, you have made this expensive endeavor a real pleasure and I'm so grateful that I chose to work with you.
