I chose Sun Badger Solar because their prices were competitive and the financing was simple. After signing the paperwork, my inner skeptic started thinking this would take forever and the promises would fall far short of the reality. So far, this has not been the case. Marina, my sales rep, answered my questions day or night. She was friendly and direct. If she didn’t have an answer, she got it for me in a timely fashion. Because I signed in Winter, the weather wasn’t necessarily agreeable to installation and they did a good job setting my expectations. They told me it would likely be March before things would move and they were right. During the time until installation, they made good use of the time and helped get all of the paperwork signed, sealed, and delivered so that, when March came, installation was completed. The install took 5 hours and it looks gorgeous. I couldn’t be more pleased. They even cleaned up after themselves which I appreciated.
