Frustrated Customer

I have been a Sunrun customer for 4 years, i relied on their technical expertise and sales pitch. They designed a system that is 4600kwh per year less then my home requires in spite of having my PG&E billing history. I have on average $1000 true up charges per year. When contacting Sunrun to see what can be done to fix this i am told i need to add 11 more panels, at approximately $9000 pre pay costs. They will NOT replace my 22-250W panels with the more efficient 350W, the only solution is additional panels. When i asked why my original design was not sufficient they claim the PG&E KW price tier i would be billed was not expensive. This from a company with a sales pitch saying PG&E's prices would continue to rise, yet neglected to design a sufficient system to meet my needs. I was told by Sunrun that I am not alone, other customers are in a similar situation and Sunrun's policy will not allow any modification to an existing system. I certainly expect to pay for additional capacity, my issue is why these experts failed on the original design. I relied on Sunrun, I didn't do my due diligence. Don't make my mistake.
