Very professional job. The administrative/office folks were helpful and answered questions quickly. The installation crew was hard working, efficient, and cleaned up after themselves every day. One general caveat: While the installation only took a few days, the overall process to get the system going takes many months. We knew that going in (and none of the delay was caused by New England Clean Energy) but it still seemed like a long time.
