`How well was the installation process explained to you prior to signing your contract?`: I can`t remember that there was much to explain - so maybe it was `great`.<br />`Were references willingly provided for you to contact?`:<br />I considered Real Goods my reference. I have a lot of respect for you. `How easy was it to get in contact with the contractor while the work was in progress?`: My husband had a few problems getting calls returned in a timely fashion, if I remember right. NOTE: Grant did not do the final delivery of materials and follow-up. That was done by Tim Robinson, if I remember right.<br />
