During walkthrough and initial inspection, showed me the 'good and the bad' with respect to seasonal shadowing, and gave me enough information to make decisions on. On second visit with company electrician, showed me the substandard work previously done and quickly gave me 'cost and consequences' information so I could again make good decisions. Work and hardware and staff were on time and on schedule. Only surprise came when I found out I got to buy the new meters from Puget Sound Energy. Small cost, but was not part of the contract.

Thanks for the feedback! We've now changed our proposal format to include costs imposed by the utilities so there will be no surprises for our customers.
