The contractor was great however, the companythat supplied materials were slightly not up to par` The contractor had to wait for parts to be delivered when he was ready to work losing much time. Support with panels and racking supplies could be coordinated better bvut the contractor diod the best with what he had to work woth.<br />The state required the contractor to provide another cut off switch after all the work was completed. The final was set up and completed and the final payment was made and the system was turned on when the Agency notified the contractor to al-low mw to turn the system on.
