Had a couple minor hiccups but they sent someone out on a Saturday and they committed to continually communicate and made it clear customer service is a priority. Issues happen and I think the problem was wifi interference at my home but they handled this professionally and quickly. At 99~100% offset so happy with the company and the purchase.
