Mr. Rafaat was the consummate professional. He was available for consultation and made several trips to our home to explain procedures of the installation. When he unpacked one panel-it had been damaged at the distributor. He immediately made a 70 mile trip to have it replaced. He didn`t ask for any up-front deposit-he waited till the job was passed by the inspector. I have a lot of respect for Wired into the Future.<br />Have had solar H2O for many years. Have always wanted solar electric. Several factors came into play to make it affordable.
