I am frustrated with Sunnova with the service to reinstall Panel after new roof Installed. Chronologic order of event 8th July 2022 - Solar Panel Removed 13th July 2022 -Informed Sunnova to reinstall panel as roof work was complete on 13th 17th July 2022 - Sunnova employee came worked on roof for 3 days after that Missing in Action - No panel installed Called Sunnova and e-mailed several times no response 10 Oct 2022 - I get call from Sunnova - NJ, they are waiting for part and will reschedule 17- Nov 2022 - Reinstall of panel started for 3 days - installed 7 Panel out of 41 21-Nov-2022 - Called customer service what is status - They want to reschedule and confirm date - currently reschedule for 23-th Nov 2022 Look like Sunnova is not interested in customer satisfaction
