I am having a horrible experience with customer Service. They lie to me 3 time stated that a supervisor was going to contact me. Every time I call, they said that there is no note that I requested to speak with a supervisor. I have 4 micro inverter damage, which is plug and play connection. I be waiting for service since OCT 14. I dont recommend them.
