Very professional company, everything was exactly as they explained. The only issue was with PG&E and getting the account billing set up properly. Unlimited Energy did not explain to me how PG&E`s annual billing would work, and the complications with the PG&E Annual True-Up billing.<br /><br />Once I had it properly explained by PG&E though, it was obvious that I had to deal with a different method of billing from them, and would just have to have the discipline to pay monthly anyway (even though PG&E would only require an ANNUAL payment for electricity), that way I would not have a single large bill due at the end of my billing year.<br />I am extremely pleased with my system and only wish I had done more at the time. I have tried to add more to my system but fell into a restriction from the CA state government where I am disqualified from repeat participation in the rebate program at the full rebate rate. Once that restriction expires, I will add to my system.
