Frustrated Customer

Customer reps don't have clue. Everyone has different information. They need good training. My system has been installed over 4 weeks and still not active. I have been calling every week and talking to different customer reps and not getting useful answers. No direct email or phone you can use to get in touch with anyone else other than one general contact number. Permission to Operate is a joke. This PTO department need to work and get things done. Dwaine Siade ... We both are on same boat.
