Several months after the installation, I experienced problems with the converter. All it took was a phone call and Sustainable Energy promptly replaced it free of charge both in their usual professional and courteous manner.<br />In my answer about any work corrections needed before the utility inspection was signed off, it is important to note that Sustainable Energy was not at fault. PG&E installed the original meter upside down when they reconnected the power so they had to be called back the next day to correct the situation.
