Reuben was very helpful and knowledgeable during the whole project from start to completion. I would definitely recommend him.<br />Regarding the payment, I was charged the Net amount deducting the utility rebate which was to be received by the contractor/installer. This is nice gesture on his part. He took care of the city permit and arranged for the inspections, was always available to answer any questions or doubts I had.
