No after market service

We had our panels installed in January 2021 and activated February 2021. Everything was fine for several months. Then we began to have roof leaks directly under the panels. It took numerous phone calls and outreach attempts to receive service. Local roofing companies would not touch the project because the leak was due to the panel installation. Finally had a random company show up unannounced at our door one day to repair the leak. Fast forward a few weeks and still leaking. Start the whole process over again... This leak repaired in March 2022. Since that repair, our panels have not worked. I have multiple email correspondences and phone calls to Palmetto with no resolution- but don't worry they sent me an invoice for the troubleshooting even though I don't know what is wrong or when it will be repaired. I called last Tuesday 7/12 and left a VM requesting an update. I received a call back Wednesday morning that they received my voicemail and would call me back by the end of the day. I did not hear from them that day or any of the following days. My panels are not working and I am extremely frustrated with the lack of service. STAY AWAY
