Broken promise

I notified Palmetto back in early April that my system wasn’t reporting and knew it was because of 3G cellular shut down. I finally received this email with their unfulfilled promise. Since then, I have reached out on three separate occasions and now they don’t respond. Eli Unker (Palmetto) May 5, 2022, 11:13 GMT-5 Michael, Apologies for the delay in response. We are aware of the customers that are affected by the 3G shutdown and are actively working to upgrade those customer as quickly as we can. As far as the reason why they were installed as only 3G capable I do not have the answers but Palmetto is working to resolve this at no costs to the customer and we will be in touch to get you scheduled for the update as soon as we can.
