They are conscientious, know what they`re doing and do a very good job. The only drawback was the failure at good communication regarding the required electrical boxes on the outside of the house. Also, the initial hook-up was not to SC&G`s satisfaction and had to be rewired pushing back the credit we would have derived from the energy we were producing by about 10 days to 2 weeks. All and all very minor compared to everything that was done right.<br />The contractor was apparently unaware that in Charleston County, he needed to get a separate work permit, that it wasn`t included in the general work permit for building the new house, so he applied for the permit after the installation work was done. Though that didn`t seem to be a problem with the county.
