we were away when the system was turned on so I can not answer the questions regarding training and follow-up communication as we haven`t yet returned home. I am sure they will be more than hellpful if we need training to use the monitoring device or any other need we may have. Their original saleman was the most knowledgeable,professional saleman we have ever dealt with.<br />
