Terrible Customer Service

Have been billed for usage service since August 20. System was not turned on until end of October. Bank account was charged for usage while the system was not on and for the last month have been trying to get credits. Customer service horrible. They claim an investigation report is prepared to make the adjustments and I will hear from them. This was a month ago and still on December 2 my account shows no billing information. When I call up again no one knows anything. All I get from them are request for customer satisfaction survey which I complete as being poor!
