Awesome experience

I thought that the process from sign up (with Brad Klipner) to 'power up' went well overall. Of course, there were some glitches to be ironed out but the staff kept me in the loop as to the how, what & why of it all. Everyone was professional & courteous. The company was able to work within my work schedule.
