Really questioning if i made the right decision going with Elevation solar at this point. After two years, with repeated failures in my cellular connection to the monitoring station, i was told that they would connect to my WIFI to remedy the situation, then they turn around and say they're not responsible for poor cellular coverage, and if i want to connect to my WIFI its gonna cost me $600+. I was also promised to have the ability to set up custom alerts on the monitoring app to alert me when my system was down (which has happened at least four different times, the last time for over a week before i noticed) but that never happened, they blame SolarEdge and SolarEdge blames Elevation, bottom line I don't have what I was promised. Really disappointed in the service i am getting from Elevation Solar to date.
