A single solar panel should generate an average of 320 kWhs per month. We have 28 panels, and they are generating a TOTAL of 370 kWhs per month as a GROUP. Our panels are generating 4% of the power that they should be generating, and Solcius tells me that there's no problem to be fixed. Look, I’m an old dude. I’ve seen a lot of weird stuff. But the fine folks at Solcius take the cake for the worst-performing product and worst customer service I’ve ever experienced. Impressive stuff. For your own good, AVOID this company.

Tim, we are sorry to hear about your frustrations. I'm surprised to hear that you aren't satisfied with our product or customer service as we pride ourselves on those things. I've looked into your case extensively and it looks like your system is producing properly. As long as the solar panels are light blue on your app, your system is producing great!
