Since the first time I contacted Solar-Ray, Mike Brown has always been available to take calls and answer questions I had. Installation of PV panels continued on-schedule and was done sooner than I expected. All workmen were courteous when talking to me and among themselves. I have been in contact with Mike since the panels were installed to thank him for a job well done and to express my appreciation at the amount of power the units produce. I have recommended his company to a neighbor who expressed interest in solar.<br />I would probably not have gotten the PV system (due to expense) had not Florida promised a rebate of up to $ 20,000 for a PV system. I`m still waiting! I had no problem using the Federal tax credit.
