Before I get into the review I would like to say that Jay and his crew lived up to BRS sales pitch. Was friendly, communicative, answered questions and explained the install. After that I do not have much good to say about BRS. Some examples, 3 unanswered emails to sales person. Was told that BRS monitored the system and would call to advise of any problems, However, it was I that monitored and called BRS about bad panel and more recent problems. Was told this morning that the BAD pan panel would not be replaced on April 22 as was indicated over two weeks ago. This was after a previous 2 week approximately delay getting info to a supplier. Now there will be an unknown delay getting info to panel manufacture for a warranty issue. This is between BRS and supplier and I should not have to suffer a 6week delay or more in getting my system fully operational.This is only a small portion of the issues. How can I give my neighbors a good review of BRS and recommend they contact you for a solar install??? Which I haven't although several have inquired about it.
