Justin was extremely easy to work with. He was very knowledgeable about the product and always available for questions. John gave me all of the information necessary, plus tips, to be approved for Duke Energy's Solar Rebate program. Both were there for me when i needed troubleshooting with Duke Energy! I highly recommend going with Emerald Energy for upgrading to solar panels.
