I install 16.32 kw system on my roof as second solar system. I have existing 3.9 kw 7 years old system from solar city( acquired by tesla). 2nd new system is 4.3 time size than old 1st, however , 16.32 kw system power generation is only 2 time than 3.9 kw 7 years old system. I complain with tesla since installation finished and it is already 2 months . However tesla never take care my issue. They keep formula word and take no action on my case. Where I can escalate my case. Never buy from tesla
