Whidbey Sun and Wind performed well and was easy to work with throughout an abnormally difficult install. My project manager was knowledgeable and communicated clearly throughout the design and installation process. He also was willing to find answers to my questions even if he didn't know the answer immediately. The installation team was friendly and professional, and everyone involved was willing to put in hours around the available schedule which included putting up with the NW weather patterns. There was a power outage due to inclimate weather when the system checks were scheduled to be performed. The team came back when power returned and began commissioning the system, only to have to spend hours troubleshooting what ended up being a manufacturing issue on one of the system components. At no inconvenience to me Whidbey Sun and Wind took care of all of the interfacing with the manufacturer to make sure the malfunctioning component was replaced. The system works great and looks just as good. The final invoice matched exactly the quoted project amount despite what must have been 16+ man hours of additional labor. I highly recommend Whidbey Sun and Wind.
