We`re very well-satisfied with both the system and Solar Energy Services (SES). SES got the job done in phases that matched the needs of our builder, and did not complain about the need to elevate the 120 gal. water heater on a high platform in a utility closet off the garage. We`re in a flood zone, and the elevation of this unit was important. Done! We had a couple of minor problems in the 4 months we`ve been using the system -- but SES responded very promptly and took care of the issue. All in all, we are very pleased and quite willing to provide reference/recommendation of SES.<br />No additional permitting/inspection were needed for this job as new construction. We expect that SES would have taken care of arranging permits/inspections IF necessary.
