The solar panels met more than our needs and the hot water not as much as intended. However, the estimates of what we would need were made based on our experience living in a much larger, older house with heat pumps. It`s very difficult to project between such different structures, and we are totally satisfied with how it turned out.<br />Our incentive was a tax credit. The contractor could not have been involved in that.
