PG&E made an error in the final reading of our old meter before we went up on time-of-use. Sky Power Systems sucessfully intervened when my initial complaints got buried in the bowels of PG&E bureaucracy.<br />We don`t need any more dams or power plants in California. All new construction should be evaluated for solar energy. There are very few places where solar would not be cost effective, considering the ultimate cost of pollution by more traditional energy generation/capture methods.
