A panel has been down and out for over 3 months and Sunrun has not fixed it, nor even returned a phone call or email, despite now being up to 6 emails and phone calls. I do receive the automated responses saying they have received my message and will respond soon. Ha! My next communication to Sunrun will be from my attorney. Sunrun away from this terrible company.
