Keep getting billed atfer home sold

I have sent 5 emails to EnergyCustomerSupport@tesla.com and energybilling@tesla.com all with no reply’s in regards to solar I am still getting billed for on a home that was previously sold. They billing dates I’m getting billed for are past the dates of sale as well. Good luck getting a response from these folks. Even when I was still their customer is was a nightmare trying to reach someone here when the home was in escrow and now it seems as though proper billing and accounting is even lower on their priority list.
