They do not call you back when you need them!! Read all their negative reviews, they are so true! I am still under warranty with them and they will not call me back! Over a month of BS emails from them, still no call back. They won't answer my emails anymore. Sept 10, 2020 is when my contract runs out. Please find another company!

If you wish, we are able to provide images showing how your solar panels are generating power and are fully operational. We understand that you are starting to see higher electric bills. The solar panels on your roof were installed 5 years ago and were designed to provide a certain quantity of energy—which they are providing. We understand that you would like more power out of the solar panels. This requires additional solar panels, or an energy audit to understand why your energy usage has increased. YSG has no control over your energy usage, but we can recommend a company that can audit your usage to help reduce your electricity usage. This is not covered under your warranty as it is a separate service. We are happy to provide images showing your system's generation for the last 5 years.<br /><br />Thank you,<br />YSG Solar
