Not what I signed up for

I have had problems since the install team showed up 3 years ago. The Forman walked off the job and it stalled my original system by almost a month. My power inverters failed in the second year. It took them 8 months and at least 20 phone calls to get the system up and running. The performance review is a joke. My electric bill was $3800 for the year. At performance review they inflated my systems performance by a large amount. Then they conveniently forgot to send my refund. They don’t know how that happened. But I’d get my money in 10-12 weeks! They have a lot of nerve. Stay clear of this company. I regret signing up with them at all.
