THE WORST AVOID AVOID AVOID

I had been questioning the functioning of my solar for a long time. When I called I was diverted to an outsourcing office in the Philippines. The people there read off of cue cards and provide no real service. I was in the process of selling my house and I wanted things to function properly. I received a true up that was 5 times my normal amount. I was assured that this would be rectified They finally sent out a local company to evaluate. They found that the inverter for the panels had failed a long time ago. I was assured that this would be corrected and I would be reimbursed It is now over 6 months and I am stuck with a $4200 PGE bill that was caused by the failure. Have no dealings with their state side rep Dominic Kubelka. His job is to placate and do nothing. I am in the process of hiring an attorney to sue them. Use another company
