We needed to slightly remodel the laundry room where the hot water tank was to be installed; Puget Sound Solar worked with us to coordinate the effort so that our remodel was done just before the tank was installed - all other prep work was completed beforehand, and the system went `live` within two days. Only one issue arose with the hot water system, and it was corrected immediately at no charge (and it was partly our fault the system overheated...) They are always available via e-mail to answer the few questions I`ve had. I would recommend this contractor to anyone, and will be using them for future projects. They are fantastic!<br />I`ve been interested in renewables since the 80s; it`s only now I`m able to afford a personal home system. Washington State did not have incentives at the time of installation; however with SB5101 there is some paperwork I need to fill out to realize additional savings that will shorten the payback period. And my neighbors love the system; they`re all fascinated by it, so I`m hoping they`ll enter the renewable realm themselves.
