The company is extremely easy to work with and conducted their work and communication in an exemplary manner. I could always reach someone if I had questions. Their professional installers were very well respected by the Washington State inspector and the power company. They were very vigorous in contacting me with any proposed changes to the original plan of installation (location of the inverter and metering system was changed). All in all I was very pleased with the company`s professionalism, easy of contact and friendly staff. <br />I had previously attend a community class conducted by the contractor, Power Trip Energy, in which solar/PV basics, benefits, costs, equipment and values were discussed. The contractor added additional PV capacity to my system and provided them to me for cost without additional labor charges, in order to boost the output of my system 20% once they determined more panels were possible. I was truly impressed with the company`s integrity and desire to provide Class-A customer service.
