We were introduced to Emily Neumann through our sister-in-law who had Emily and her company, Gold Rush Energy Solutions, install solar panels in her home in 2019. We hit it off right away with Emily when she visited us in the middle of 2019. She was clear and concise in her explanations and came across as convincing and trustworthy. We decided to go with her for our move to solar energy. She was assiduous in getting us not only a great loan rate but also in finding us the right roofer to handle our custom roof tiles that needed a lot of TLC! Her team showed up on time every day during the panel installation process. Her supervision coupled with the efficiency of her team made the whole process painless. She also made sure that we were up and operational before the end of the year in order to avail of the 30% Federal tax credit for going solar! We were out of town the day one of her team members came home and flipped the switch that activated the solar panels and we have been enjoying the resultant benefits since! We are very, very impressed not only with her professionalism but also with her constant follow-up emails and texts. We are very pleased that she is keeping an eye on our system! So much so that one of her solar panel experts came out last month to work on a panel that was not working properly, something she noticed as a result of her monitoring of our system.
