All the people I encountered at Positive Energy were friendly and helpful. As a woman, the small construction crew treated me with respect. One day when I went out to check on progress, I found a solar oven on the south side of the building with a couple lunches being heated up- wow! <br /><br />Positive Energy led me through the paperwork for the tax credits and for the electric company for our PV system. They were very organized and gave me a checklist. My first electric bill was crazy and I called up Positive Energy for help. They were able to direct me to a contact person at El Paso Electric who could correct the erroneous bill.<br /><br />I love being able to monitor the energy generated from my personal computer, which is one of the features that came with my PV system. Now that PV system has been up and running for a few months I can tell that the amount of energy we are generating is on target with the original estimate that I was given.<br /><br />I would highly recommend Positive Energy!<br />My contractor really made buying a PV system easy. All we had to do was to decide how large of a system to buy and then write a check for half down.
