Great Panels, Awful Site

We've had our solar panels for almost two years. They really are the best built panels on the market. I've been a vender to the industry for 45 years, going all the way back to Tyco Solar in Waltham. I've seen the companies come and go, Evergreen being the one that convinced me that I would never have solar panels. Then I stumbled onto SunPower. The build quality is uniquely good. The copper backing prevents cell breakage from the assembly of the panel to the installation. That combined with a relatively high power yield makes them the best choice. The biggest issue I have is an unusable web site. I would love to be able to track power generated vs power used and it looks as though it's possible, but it's never worked. I can be generating 10kWh mid day and my SunPower site will read 0.5 kWh. The power consumption side seems to track the power generated even when no power is being consumed. I depend solely on Solar-Log to keep track of day to day production. I would buy these again, but I wish they would fix the site.
