I really wanted to give them a good review. I really liked Colin, who came in, told me all about it, what to expect, etc. He was great. From there the service went down. My "case manager" continually confused me with another customer during the installation process. The installation guys...again...great! After the fact, customer service is simply horrible. 2-3 days returning a customer call or email is not customer service. I am currently going on 7 days with no response to my email inquiry. I was really hoping for more support as I navigate a totally new power system that I've spend a lot of money on. Completely disappointed.
