BAD SERVICE

When reading all the reviews i realize that all the positive reviews were from the install. and i will agree that they are quick to install. they only get paid after the system is installed and you approve it. now that that part is done and they got their money support sucks. here we are 2 years after install and i realize that i haven't saved all that much. we were told to install an 18 panel system to zero out our bill. i then added 4 more panel to the contract because i wanted extra. well i have only had a zero bill about 4 months out of the 24. most of the bills are around $100 plus the $160 payment. so the salesman stayed true to their cliche of say whatever to make the sale. i was also told that the panels had a 20 year warrant and they guaranteed no leaks for 3 years. Again 2 years later i find a leak from where they installed the panel and have been trying to get them to come out to fix. When i call i'm promised a call back with a schedule date but no one has called back i have called 3 times so far and still no-one can give me any help. today i got the director of ops on the phone and he was very happy to tell me that there was no warranty in place anymore that it was only for 1 year. This was very disappointing to hear. this leak could have been there for awhile as i don't really go up in the attic much. I will say it again they are good on the install because that's how they get paid, but if you need service may god be with you. I AM NOT SAYING THAT SOLAR PANELS ARE A BAD IDEA, I AM SAYING THAT POWER HOME SOLAR IS A BAD IDEA. THERE ARE MANY COMPANIES OUT THERE THAT WILL GIVE YOU MUCH BETTER SUPPORT AND THATS WHAT MAKES A GOOD COMPANY.
