I recently moved and was part of the home buying experience. The gem we ended up picking came with solar installed by the previous owners of the house. Knowing nothing about solar energy other than it needing the sun to do its magic, we got in touch with Gold Rush to have clarity shined on our situation. Gold Rush quickly sent out a rep, Brett N., to help explain the ins and outs of everything we had. He showed us everything from how to read our meter, to reading the online resources they provide for full time monitoring of the system. Brett did a great job being professional and relatable to the situation, and even did follow up with us to ensure that there were no grey areas we had questions on still. We were also given consult as to how to operate the solar set up while using a generator with all of the power outages happening. While solar wasnt on the check list while searching, we are glad we have it now. Checking the monthly break down of energy produced, and knowing the warranty on our product will last for many years has provided us with further ease of mind!
