Worst customer support ever

While Sunpower panels may be the best in the industry, their customer support is the worst I’ve ever experienced. I experienced an arc fault system shut down in early May 2019. After numerous calls, a repair team finally showed up seven weeks later. However, the Sunpower repair team failed to connect half the system. After many, many calls the system was finally completely repaired 21 weeks after the original system failure. No one ever called to give me a status update, therefore I had to call them frequently to finally get this job scheduled. One of the main reasons for this lengthy delay is that Sunpower has an inadequate number of trained repair teams for the Northern California area. The frustration factor was greatly compounded by the fact that Sunpower failed to communicate status of the repair job. this was a terrible experience.
