Communication was great from the beginning. Details of the installation were listed in the contract and explained verbally. Communication continued throughout the installation and resolution of a few minor issues. The installed system is exactly what we expected. One small point is that the installation started later than what was mentioned verbally at the time of the contract, probably due in part to the company expanding and moving to a new location. We definitely would recommend New England Clean Energy for future installations.<br />
